This winter, I’m inviting you into the kitchen with me to make the natural remedies I swear by: Elderberry Syrup & Immune Shots to keep you and your family well all season long.

These hands-on workshops are all about learning, creating, and connecting. You’ll craft your own batches, learn the benefits of each ingredient, and leave with recipes and the confidence to make them at home.
