Friday Morning Breakfast Run (8/1)

We are going to be meeting at Bagel World in Poughkeepsie (it's right on Raymond Avenue across from the Crafed Kup) on Friday, August 1st at 6:25 am for our Friday Breakfast Run. We have 2 routes mapped out (below) or you are always free to do your own thing. After the run feel free to grab some food/coffee at Bagel World or Crafted Kup. Everyone is welcome, all paces. Please arrive at 6:25 a.m. so that we can go over the route and leave promptly at 6:30.
