About the event

Friday Morning Breakfast Run (5/9)

On Friday 5/9, we are going to meet in front of the Poughkeepsie Grind at 6:25 am for our group run. The plan is to run over the Mid-Hudson Bridge, then over the Walkway (suggested route is below) and back to the Poughkeepsie Grind for some breakfast. (Breakfast Optional) If you would like to join us please arrive a few minutes early so we can leave on time.

Please note that we are no longer allowed to park in the lot directly across from The Grind, please try to find street parking.
