Come join us on Sunday evening to set your intention, replenish your energy and clear your mind with this gentle vinyasa flow. The Barn at Sunnybrook is the perfect setting for a guided routine by Dr. Tracy. Check the stress at the door and give yourself permission for one hour of self-care.

Dr. Tracy creates a safe practice for all levels of yoga and is passionate about sharing the philosophy of this ancient art in a way that can be applied to today’s world. Come replenish, exhale and rejuvenate…..because you can’t pour from an empty cup.
