Yoga at the Pool – All Levels Sunday Morning Yoga

Start your Sunday in harmony with an all-levels yoga class led by Tricia Reedy of Zens Den Yoga, set against the peaceful backdrop of the Laurelwood pool. Let the morning light and gentle sounds of summer guide you through energizing flows, restorative stretches, and a calming close to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.

After class, linger a little longer with light refreshments and relaxed conversation under the pavilion.

This event is exclusively for Laurelwood members. Open to adults and teens ages 15 and up (with a parent). Advance registration required—space is limited! Bring a yoga mat, water, and an open heart. We’ll take care of the rest.
