Make Your Own Suncatcher! $25 - $60

I create magical Suncatchers using the same method that I use to create pendulums - metal eyepins, chain, and jewelry findings which helps to make them more resilient and sturdier than your standard Suncatcher strung on wire or beading cord. I’ll teach you my technique for creating magical suncatchers using beautiful glass beads with lots of flash! The bonus is that you can also use these suncatchers as pendulums 😉

During this workshop, you’ll master the basics of creating sections of beads with eyepins and bending them just right to connect with each other. You’ll plan out your perfect suncatcher choosing from the wide selection of glass beads and metal findings available to you for creating.

Create a single strand suncatcher of up to 20 inches in length for $25, OR a three-strand suncatcher of up to 18 inches in length for $50, which includes a wooden bar and hooks to hang your strands. OR, new for our second workshop, create a 3-dimensional suncatcher using a wire "cage" suitable for holding air plants or crystals, with 5-6 strands, for $60. Other options may be available based on materials I am able to procure. Decide which you would like to do on the day of the event.
