Beginning Pottery 2 Hour Workshop

Wow! Our September Beginning Pottery Class filled up right away and there was even a wait list! We will be offering another 5 week, Tuesday evening class starting Oct. 14th. In the meantime, we will be offering three Saturday afternoon ‘Give it a Spin’ Beginning Pottery Workshops in September. These are one-time classes intended to be a simple 2 hour introductory lesson (20 minutes of clean up to follow). Sign up for one of them, two of them, or all three of them! There is no expectation to have a finished product the class is intended as an introduction to the basics of wheel throwing. However, if a person wants to ‘save’ a piece, they have options to pay to come to an ‘Instructional Open Studio’ time to complete the next steps (trimming and glazing) or pay $15 extra per piece for the studio to finish it. This is a perfect chance to give the pottery wheel a try without the committment of a 5 week class!

Grab a friend, partner, your sibling, or child (ages 16+) and sign up! Space is limited (4 students max per workshop).
