Oregon Star Party - June 24 - June 29 2025

The Oregon Star Party Planning Committee is pleased to announce that the 38th annual Oregon Star Party will take place from Tuesday June 24th through Sunday June 29th, 2025 at Indian Trail Spring in the Ochoco National Forest.
Celebrating another great year of observing!

We are happy to welcome you back. The committee is working diligently to make the star party come to fruition this June. We hope you are excited to return to Indian Trail Spring for our incredible astronomy event.

Well known for its dark skies, the Oregon Star Party is one of the largest annual star parties in the United States. We have the highest elevation and darkest skies.

Oregon Star Party's goal is to provide attendees the opportunity to meet people who share an interest in astronomy, learn something new, reconnect with old friends, make new ones and just plain have fun. We welcome and encourage families and all levels of astronomers of all ages. Visit our website for more information.

If you are new to astronomy and our event, we will have a first timers checklist for you to fill out. Just like our observing lists, filling out the list garners you a pin for completing the list. This list will give you, the first timer, a feel for what happens at our event.

Early registration opens in April 2025.
