Join us for the annual Post Falls Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon—an exciting multi-sport event set against the scenic backdrop of Q’emiln Park and the beautiful Spokane River.

Location: Q'emiln Park, 12201 W. Parkway Drive, Post Falls

Triathlon
Swim: 0.5k at Q’emiln Beach
Bike: 19.6k - West on Riverview Dr. to WA border, back via Centennial Trail & Commerce area
Run: 5k out & back from Q’emiln Park to Falls Park
Duathlon
Run 1: 1.3 miles Q’emiln Park to Falls Park and back
Bike: 19.6k - Same course as Triathlon
Run 2: 3.1 miles - Q’emiln Park to Falls Park and back
