Drop in for this new relaxing Sunday Morning Meditation class with Kadampa Buddhist Meditation Teacher Ian McGlade.

Suitable for all levels of experience with beginners welcome

Class includes
20min Guided relaxation meditation
30min Inspiring Talk
15min Transformational Meditation

Seating is in chairs but feel free to bring a mat and cushion if you prefer the floor.

Suggested donation to Potala Buddhist Centre Charity is £7 per class.
