Requirements:
- Grades K through 12 only (No Pre-K)
- Unexpired government issued ID for parent/guardian
- Proof of residency
- Child's birth certificate
- Must reside in Portsmouth (any zip code) or Chesapeake zip codes 23321 or 23323

**If you are unable to attend this distribution, you may attend the Saturday, August 9th distribution at the Hampton Roads Kroc Center from 9AM to 12PM (while supplies last)
