Sunset Stories: A Mindful Book Club

Join us this summer for a unique and nourishing book club experience that blends thoughtful reads, meaningful conversation, and mindfulness. We’ll meet monthly at beautiful Sunset Cove, in Portsmouth—an outdoor waterfront spot with delicious food, drinks, and stunning views.

Each session includes a guided meditation and open group discussion around the month’s selected book. Whether you’re a lifelong reader or just looking for community and reflection, this space is for you.

Schedule:
📘 June: Room by Emma Donoghue
📗 July: Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens
📙 August: Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer

🌟 Cost: $10 per session
🍽️ Food & drinks available for purchase at Sunset Cove, please plan to come a few minutes earlier if you will be purchasing food to eat during the event.

Each book that we chose for this series has some kind of theme around mental health, nature, the importance of self expression, or a blend of all 3.

Bring your curiosity, an open heart, and a good book. We can’t wait to connect with you under the setting sun.

Please dress appropriately for sitting on the water near sunset. You may want to bring your own comfy chair to sit in or a blanket to sit on.
