We're thrilled to introduce this special sunset experience in collaboration with Allison Meyer and Jessica Sunshine, both of whom offer Reiki Infused Sound Baths.
This floating experience opens with gentle yoga poses to ground you into your body and environment. Then, you will ease into a floating meditation while lying down with crystal singing bowls.
Using your breath as your anchor to the present moment, let your thoughts drift away and allow yourself to be guided by the vibrations and sensations of crystal singing bowls. Deepen your connection within by closing your eyes, and surrendering to a deeply meditative state. When you open your eyes, take in the beautiful watercolors dancing on the sea at sunset.
Drop-in to this 90 min experience. No prior paddle boarding, yoga or meditation experience necessary!
