Eastney, Hayling, Havant Walk

Walking Route: Eastney to Havant via Hayling Island

Enjoy an 8.2-mile scenic walk starting from the Coffee Cup in Eastney, Portsmouth. Head towards the Hayling Ferry and cross into Hayling Island. From there, venture north along the peaceful Hayling Billy Line, a disused railway trail leading you all the way to Havant.

Your walk concludes at Havant town centre, where you can relax and recharge at the local Wetherspoons. For your return, you can either catch the No. 23 bus back to Portsmouth or take the train.

Important Tips:

Bring plenty of water — at least two bottles are recommended.

The cost of the Hayling Ferry is £3.50pp.

Pack some snacks, as there are no refreshment stops once you're on the Billy Trail.
