CREATE! is celebrating 15 years of implementing climate positive food security centered programs in Senegal this year. What better way to do that than hosting a dinner that showcases West African, and more importantly, Senegalese food?
The menu that you will experience today has been designed by award winning Senegalese chef and author, Chef Pierre Thiam, and pepared with care and love by award winning Portsmouth chef and owner of Vida Cantina, Chef David Vargas. You will enjoy delicious dishes like Akara, Pastels and Chicken Yassa tacos as you learn about Teranga and CREATE!'s impactful work.
