"Where the Earth Remembers" de Mónica de Miranda
De 17 de maio a 28 de junho de 2025, Mónica de Miranda apresenta "Where the Earth Remembers" na Kubik Porto — a sua primeira exposição individual na galeria, em paralelo com mostras na Galeria Municipal do Porto e na Universidade Católica. A artista portuguesa-angolana, cuja prática transita entre a fotografia, o cinema, o som e a instalação, propõe uma reflexão crítica sobre identidade, território e memória, ancorada em ecologias de cuidado e narrativas de resistência.

Fundadora do 'Hangar', centro de arte e pesquisa em Lisboa, e representante de Portugal na Bienal de Veneza 2024 com o projeto 'Greenhouse', Mónica tem exposto amplamente em eventos como as bienais de Berlim, Dakar e Veneza, e em instituições como o MAAT, Barbican, MUAC e Gulbenkian.
