at The Garden — a research institute for radical living & creative experimentation in the forests of northern Portugal.

Over the course of 6 days, you'll be introduced to somatic practices for body preparation, along with tools and principles from Butoh dance.

The idea is to soften the surface layers - clearing the path for creative energy to move through and to witness what unfolds ~

The week runs on a recurring rhythm: one arrival day, and one departure day, workshop & session blocks, stillness & quiet hours, shared meals.

The Garden: not a retreat center, but an embodied sanctuary:

- 9 hectares of biodiverse forest
- 200sqm movement space
- lake, hot tub, cold plunge, co-working, and sauna
- meals included
- kindred humans
