Our Youth Cross Country Program is perfect for kids who love to run—or want to learn how! Through age-appropriate workouts, games, and team-building activities, your child will grow stronger, develop lasting friendships, and build the confidence that comes from setting and achieving goals.
From learning proper running form and pacing to enjoying trail runs and team relays, each practice is designed to make running fun and accessible. Each Session Includes:
Warm-Up: Prepare the body with movement-based exercises
Dynamic Drills: Build coordination, strength, and mobility
Running: Fun, age-based endurance runs with coaching tips
