WYRD WAR & OUT OF SEASON join forces to bring you NEW FANTASIES FOR OLD CHURCHES: a Night of Fantasy Music at The Old Church with FIEF, CONIFEROUS MYST & WRAITH KNIGHT!
FIEF's highly anticipated debut appearance in the Pacific Northwest will be an evening of high fantasy synth music for the ages! Hailing from Salt Lake City, Utah, FIEF emerged on the burgeoning dungeon synth scene in 2016, quickly capturing the imaginations of dice-rolling elves and discerning druids with medieval melodies that evoke enchanted high halls, lantern lit tales of wonder and mystical meanderings through primeval forests. FIEF's latest full length offering, VI, sees this elusive bard achieving breathtakingly lofty compositions that retain their comforting lilt while further refining his vision.
CONIFEROUS MYST creeps into the Pacific Northwest for the first time ever for this magical evening of high fantasy synth music at The Old Church Concert Hall. The chainmail cloaked forest specter known only as CONIFEROUS MYST cast his spell over the DIY tape trading community with a debut three-way split release in 2019, followed in quick succession by his debut solo rehearsal tape that same year. The pandemic years were extremely prolific, and CONIFEROUS MYST now boasts a catalog of more than 20 releases, all conjuring somber, droning and absolutely majestical atmospheres suitable for midnight dice rolling and lo-fi VHS invocations.
WRAITH KNIGHT recently released his fantastic 2022 debut full length album Deep in the Dungeon of the Dragonlord on vinyl for the first time and is now armored to conquer new horizons with a campaign of stirring live appearances. WRAITH KNIGHT was introduced to WYRD WAR audiences through his appearances at the Enchanted Forest in Turner, Oregon in 2023 and at The Coffin in support of Canadian muscle rock legend THOR in 2024. His stirring J.R.R. Tolkien inspired recital at the Old Church will entail a special composition performed on the venue's magnificent 1882 Hook & Hastings pipe organ.
This entire concert will be recorded for upcoming vinyl and VHS releases to be coproduced by WYRD WAR & OUT OF SEASON. Come forth from your dungeons and make history with us on Saturday September 13, 2025.
