Values Under Pressure is a practical, in-person workshop designed to help you clarify what matters most when life feels overwhelming—and translate that clarity into grounded, achievable actions.

Many of us know our values in theory, but stress, fatigue, and competing demands can make them hard to access in real time. This workshop offers a clear, unique-to-you framework for identifying your core values and using them as a steady guide when things feel heavy or uncertain.

Together, we’ll explore where pressure disrupts your ability to act in alignment with what matters, and practice translating values into small, realistic next steps that build confidence and hope.

This is a reflective, collaborative session focused on clarity, agency, and forward movement. My primary goal is that you leave feeling a bit lighter and a lot more hopeful.
