Info: MORNING BREAKOUT SESSION I: Option 1 [Time TBD] What if menopause isn’t something to endure but an opportunity to evolve? Too often, menopause is reduced to symptoms and solutions, ignoring the deeper transformation happening within. As our bodies change, so do our identities — impacting relationships, careers, and our sense of self. But few conversations address this shift, leaving many women feeling unmoored and unseen.
In this engaging and thought-provoking session, we’ll explore menopause through a biopsychosocial lens, blending personal storytelling, research, and interactive reflection. We’ll challenge outdated narratives, uncover the psychological and social layers of this transition, and reframe menopause as a powerful catalyst for reinvention, authenticity, and empowerment.
Info: MORNING BREAKOUT SESSION I: Option 2 [Time TBD] We've all heard of incredible, heroic stories of women who had a gut feeling that saved their child's life, an unshakeable knowing that led them to the right decision or an intuitive nudge that changed the course of their future. Women's intuition is a powerful force and tapping into that deep perception and inner wisdom is more accessible than you think. Studies show that the female brain is wired for deep perception, emotional intelligence and subconscious pattern recognition, yet so many of us have been conditioned to doubt our own inner knowing.
In this session, we will break down the neuroscience of intuition and the energetic forces that amplify it. Attendees will understand how the brain, nervous system and energy body work together to send us messages.Through guided exercises and mindset shifts, you'll learn to reclaim the wisdom that's always been within you and trust it like never before.
Info: MORNING BREAKOUT SESSION I: Option 3 [Time TBD] Step into your power and redefine what it means to lead with confidence, purpose, and resilience. Embracing the Winner Mindset for Leadership is an empowering session designed for women navigating the intersection of entrepreneurship, motherhood, and personal fulfillment.
This session goes beyond motivation — it equips you with practical strategies to cultivate a CEO mindset, overcome challenges, and thrive in every aspect of your life. Whether you're building a business, managing a team, or leading in your community, this session will help you harness your strengths, embrace bold decision-making, and step fully into your leadership role.
Info: MORNING BREAKOUT SESSION I: Option 4 [Time TBD] Imagine having unstoppable, lasting, self-confidence that transfers across multiple areas of your life, regardless of what season of life you’re in!
The problem is “confidence” can feel so intangible & even nebulous.
How do you get unstoppable confidence? And how do you keep it?
The answers are found in the 3 tenants of the Confidence Tripod, backed by high-performance research AND the 3 corresponding “shadows” that hold most women back from playing a bigger game!
Info: MORNING BREAKOUT SESSION II: Option 1 [Time TBD] At the heart of it, strategic planning empowers you to get clear on your aspirations and live them in navigating your day to day. It offers a nimbleness. And a way of responding to change and shifts not as success or failure but as purposeful adaptation. Learn how this approach to long range planning is inherently holistic – when we consider life in our planning for work, we are realistic in how they shape one another. Having an overarching plan helps us have the clarity and language for others to know and align with our vision.
Whether you are building a career, running your own business, shifting work around parenthood, considering retiring, or switching careers, strategic planning allows you to see how all the parts of life fit together and how you can have intention in moving toward what you envision for your life.
Info: MORNING BREAKOUT SESSION II: Option 2 [Time TBD] Do you often feel burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck in repetitive patterns that don’t serve you? It’s time to break free. In this interactive session, you’ll discover how to honor your unique energy through the lens of Human Design — so you can step into your power, trust yourself fully, and rise as the authentic leader of your life.
Jennifer Greiner, Human Design Therapist and founder of Divine Vitality, will guide you through key aspects of Human Design, offering insight and practical tools to manage your energy, set stronger boundaries, and make decisions with confidence. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, leader, or professional seeking more ease and fulfillment, this session will help you reclaim your energy, break through conditioning, and operate in alignment with your true self. Walk away with a deeper understanding of yourself and the power to lead your life on your own terms.
Info: MORNING BREAKOUT SESSION II: Option 3 [Time TBD] Our thoughts shape our emotions, actions, and results — but where do they come from? Much of our programming is unconscious, shaped by childhood, society, and even generations before us. Without awareness, we unknowingly create our own glass ceilings. To achieve more, we must first uncover what’s holding us back.
In this workshop, M-T will guide you through powerful practices, including EFT Tapping, to identify the hidden stories, agreements, and belief systems running in your unconscious mind. You'll learn how to:
Recognize the programming shaping your decisions
> Use EFT Tapping to release limiting beliefs and create empowering ones
> Identify the changes needed to break free from self-imposed limits
> Shatter your glass ceiling and step fully into your potential
With awareness and action, you can rewire your subconscious, shift your mindset, and create the results you truly desire.
Info: MORNING BREAKOUT SESSION II: Option 4 [Time TBD] What do Simon Sinek, Brené Brown, and Amy Cuddy have in common? All three rose from relative obscurity to become in-demand speakers and influential thought-leaders as a direct result of their TEDx Talks. Today, TED Talks have become the gold standard for public speaking — known for their short format, engaging storytelling, and, most importantly, their ability to drive action. So, how do these speakers do it — and how can you do it, too?
Whether you're delivering a keynote, firing up your sales team, or pitching investors to fund your startup, this workshop will equip you with the skills you need to make it happen. This session is designed for women who want to amplify their voices and capture — and hold — audience attention from the very first line.
Info: AFTERNOON BREAKOUT SESSION III: Option 1 [Time TBD] We often think grit, hustle, and grind will get us ahead, but the most powerful leaders don’t just work harder — they lead with presence, confidence, and clarity. Their secret? They operate from JOY, not stress.
Leaders who lead with joy are 31% more productive, 3x more creative, and 40% more likely to get promoted — and they retain 59% more top talent. This session will teach you how to harness joy as a leadership advantage, eliminate confidence killers, and master joy-fueled power moves to command any room with authority, energy, and ease. Joy isn’t a luxury — it’s your leadership edge.
Info: AFTERNOON BREAKOUT SESSION III: Option 2 [Time TBD] As women, so much of our identity is tied to what we do — but what happens when the career we’ve worked so hard to build no longer fits the person we’ve become? In this inspiring and practical talk, Kate Kayaian — author of Beyond Potential and former professional cellist turned leadership coach — explores how the seasons of life call us to re-assess, re-define, and ultimately re-imagine our careers.
Through stories, thought-provoking questions, and actionable tools, Kate empowers mid-career women to embrace transformation, align their work with their values, and create careers that are not only sustainable — but deeply fulfilling. Whether you're feeling the pull toward something new or simply seeking a renewed sense of purpose, this session will help you take your next steps with clarity and confidence.
Info: AFTERNOON BREAKOUT SESSION III: Option 3 [Time TBD] This breakout session is designed to equip female leaders and professionals with practical strategies to navigate adaptive change using mindfulness, resilience, and growth strategies. Info: AFTERNOON BREAKOUT SESSION III: Option 4 [Time TBD] Have you ever walked into a meeting and suddenly forgotten why you were there? Or struggled to find the right word? Perimenopause can start as early as your mid-thirties, bringing unexpected challenges like brain fog, poor sleep, mood swings, and exhaustion — all of which can make you feel like you're not keeping up the way you used to. Yet, many women aren’t prepared for these challenges, and with so much conflicting information about menopause, it can be hard to filter through the noise.
In this session, we'll explore how hormonal changes impact your mental clarity, energy, and mood. You’ll walk away with practical strategies that fit into your busy professional life, helping you maintain peak performance and navigate your menopause journey with confidence.
Whether you're an executive, entrepreneur, or professional managing a demanding career, this session will empower you to thrive, not just survive, at work.
