SPFC Cars & Coffee 2025 Season Opener

The South Portland Food Cupboard is hosting our 2025 Monthly Cars & Coffee Season Opener May 10th. Located at the big empty parking lot in front of Jordan’s Furniture and next to Kobe @ The Maine Mall from 8am - 10am. Food Trucks, Giuseppe’s Roasters and a live DJ will be present for every monthly event. Afterwards we are all cruising to Throttle Car Club for their season opener as well. This year we are being sponsored by Throttle Car Club, Virtue Barbershop and High Maintenance Auto Solutions!! Our Cars & Coffee is held every second Saturday of the month from May through October from 8am to 11am with an exception for August as we will be holding our Annual Fundraiser Car Show. Why go to NH when we can have our own Seacoast sized cars and coffee! WE CAN HOLD 1,000 CARS in our lot! Let’s fill it!!! Let’s feed the community with our cars!

$10 entry fee for show cars, all proceeds go directly towards “Feeding Neighbors in Need.” We’ve done the calculations and it’s $20 per person per month to keep our operation going. That’s 1 person fed for a month for every 2 cars at the event. The proceeds help go towards not just the cost of running the building but also for buying fresh produce for recipients. We distribute 17 tons of food per week to all of our 22,000 recipients across Southern Maine (York and Cumberland County).

We hope to see you all at the Maine Mall every month. Together as a car community we can make a positive impact on the community directly. Let’s start “Feeding Neighbors in Need.”

ATTENTION: NO SIDESHOWS, NO BURNOUTS, NO DONUTS, NO REVVING, NO HOONING, and NO LOUD MUSIC. Please be respectful of the fundraiser and the Malls property. Seeing as the Mall has been gracious enough to allow us to host these events on their property. There’s a reason they never allow car events or meets, let’s not ruin this location. Police will be present. Any illegal activity will be reported as we don’t want one person to ruin it for us all. That being said we hope to see you and thank you in advance for being respectful.
