Besides those well-known benefits of sound baths, like inviting deep relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, boosting energy, and many more, Ara holds space with the specific intention of removing what is “not self” in a person’s energy, adding a layer of energetic protection, and guiding people back to their essence. Her sound bath usually has 15 minutes in the beginning for mediation, contemplation and journaling, then people will have 45 minutes to 1 hour for the sound bath. Each session offers a moment to receive profound cleansing, detoxification, and restoration for both body and spirit.
