Sound Bath at Mt. Tabor

Start your day with serenity and sound this Labor Day at beautiful Mt. Tabor Park.

Join for a rejuvenating 60-minute sound bath beneath a canopy of trees where the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls will penetrate deep into the body, restoring harmony and balance to your entire system.

This immersive sound experience is designed to help you:

ARRIVE:

We will meet at 9am at the gate at Reservoir No. 5 and then walk to the destination together which will involve some uphill walking (approx 5 minutes).

WHAT TO BRING:

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything else to make yourself cozy. We will be laying in the grass.
