The Sacred Mushroom™ (TSM) is Oregon’s premier legal psilocybin center.

Oregon Health Authority regulations require that all participants complete a series of forms and speak with a TSM state licensed facilitator at least 24 hours prior to the event.

Once you have registered for the event, we will send you a link to the required forms and will have a facilitator contact you.

This practice is not suitable for individuals with irregular blood pressure, cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, or a history of seizures, late-term pregnancy, or bipolar disorder.
Also for your comfort, try not to eat 1-2 hours prior.

Cost: $60 includes breathwork, sound healing, door fee, beverages and light snacks.
