Shimmy Shimmy Ya!

Stay warm this winter with a shimmy workshop! Join Ella Moore for a 90-minute shimmy sesh, open to all levels.

Class will begin with some light conditioning and posture work, then move into upper and lower body shimmy techniques. This class is appropriate for students who have taken the Intro to Raqs Sharqi course, as well as more advanced students who want to refine their shimmy technique.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one!
