As we meet the moments of Life, there is a layer of our experience where the power of our personal choice plays a role. The same is true in our Dance! If we notice ourselves tensing up in self-judgement or judgement of other, how is it possible to choose to Breathe Beauty & Grace right into the center of this noticing? As we do so, how is our movement and the shapes of our dance affected?
This Sunday you are invited to notice patterns of tension or discomfort in the body, breathe with them, and discover where Beauty & Grace might support you in your emerging dance moves. Let's celebrate where we do have choice and spontaneity in the beautiful dance of life.
