Restorative Yoga + Sound Journey with Laura Li Fong Yee

Join us for a deeply relaxing and replenishing evening of restorative yoga paired with a live sound journey designed to help you release tension, reset the nervous system and experience deep rest.

Danielle will guide you through the slow and sweet practice of Restorative Yoga which includes gentle, prop-supported postures held for longer periods of time with the intention to relax the body and settle into stillness.

Laura will play the healing sounds of various instruments (chimes, drum, rattle, crystal bowls, Atlantean wand, Tibetan singing bowls and more!) throughout our restorative practice, and the evening will culminate with a 30-minute Crystal Bowl Sound Bath leaving you feeling connected, grounded, relaxed, and restored.
