Release & Restore: A Journey into Yin and Restorative Yoga

Join Alex Argo for a therapeutic workshop designed to nourish both body and mind.

This workshop will blend the meditative stretching of Yin Yoga with the deeply healing release of Restorative Yoga, offering a holistic approach to mobility and relaxation.

The practice will begin with long-held postures that target the connective tissues, increasing flexibility and releasing deep-seated tension. We will complete the practice with supported resting postures, using props to create an environment of deep comfort and peace.

This practice promotes profound relaxation, balancing of the nervous system, and aiding in recovery from stress and physical fatigue. Come prepared to unwind, breathe deeply, and embrace the art of stillness.

Suitable for all bodies and levels of experience.
