Women's Circle-Jen Deraspe

This safe and revitalizing circle is aimed at bringing women and those that identify as women together as a collective to expand our sense of well-being, joy and community. Women coming together on purpose are exponentially powerful! Together we will experience the ancient healing arts of drumming, chanting, meditating as well as breathing exercises and gentle stretching combined with laughter, known as Laughter Yoga. No experience necessary. Fee: $25 Register for both dates and save $10.
