This Sunday we are delighted to welcome one of the leading voices in modern insight practice: Alexis Santos. Alexis will offer a guided meditation and a Dharma talk on “Wise Attention in a World Overwhelmed.”

Based in Portland, Maine, Alexis has practiced insight meditation since 2001, including several years of intensive retreat training in Burma with Sayadaw U Tejaniya. A graduate of the Spirit Rock Teacher Training Program, he is known for his warm, down-to-earth presence and his emphasis on bringing mindfulness into the fabric of daily life.
