Musicians, poets, comedians, puppetteers, and expressers of all kinds are welcome to come & be witnessed & held by community.
Hosted by Raynsong Sings at the beautiful zen space Himmapan Community & Cafe. This event will include cafe vibes with tables, as well as a squishy/laying down zone in the back. Come to share your expression, or just come to witness & rest your body. This is the medicine.

Singing with each other brings together the somatic tools of breath, voice, rhythm, coregulation, self-expression, and witnessing! In service to this deep medicine, it is my joy and honor to curate potent, tender spaces for song to be shared.
A cult favorite is our monthly Snug n Sing cuddle concert/open mics where we can explore the benefits and gifts of touch, practice self-consent and boundary expression, share music & and a meal, and are witnessed and held in community.
