Grammy-nominated harmonica master Mark Hummel brings his world-famous Blues Harmonica Blowout™ to Portland for an unforgettable night of powerhouse performances and deep blues grooves. Joining him this year are:
Curtis Salgado – Soul-blues legend from Portland and inspiration for The Blues Brothers. Multiple Blues Music Award winner with decades of electrifying performances.
Magic Dick – Legendary J. Geils Band harmonica player, known for his iconic “Whammer Jammer” and high-energy performances.
R.J. Mischo – Electric blues harmonica master, singer, and songwriter with international acclaim and over a dozen albums spanning his career.
Anson Funderburgh – Texas blues guitar icon, bandleader of Anson Funderburgh & The Rockets, and celebrated collaborator in modern blues.
Steve Freund – Bay Area blues guitarist and bandleader, known for his Chicago blues roots and major festival appearances.
Backing this all-star lineup are drummer Wes Starr and bassist Rodrigo Mantovani, providing the groove, swing, and energy that keep the Blowout flowing.
