Based in science and kindness, this empowering series is for anyone who cares about someone struggling with substance use. This is a flexible, nonjudgmental framework based in understanding, awareness, and action that will help you shift from despair to meaningful, sustainable change.
You will gain tools to improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and nurture your own well-being - all while effectively supporting your loved one’s journey and connecting with others walking similar paths.
What to bring: a friend or family member, an open mind, your willingness to try a new approach, and a commitment to attend at least 7 out of the 8 sessions.
**Workshop will begin 8/4 IF minimum registration (10 people) is met. Early registration is strongly recommended**
