Herbal First Aid: Everyday Plant-Centered Support

In a world where systems often fall short, having basic first-aid tools on hand—and knowing how to use them—can make a big difference.

This workshop introduces foundational herbal allies for common ailments and injuries, such as cuts and bug bites, utilizing the plants growing around us for accessible and sustainable care.

We’ll explore a handful of commonly found garden and foraged herbs, examine their medicinal properties, and dig into how to use them in everyday first aid applications.

We will be making a botanical first aid item for attendees to take home, and students will also receive a handout with detailed information and recipes.

We're offering sliding scale tickets to make this offering accessible to more people in our community!
