Harmonizing Release: Retuning the Inner Frequency

The purpose of this workshop is to cleanse, rest, deprogram and program crystals and bring the cells in a human body to experience “Homeostasis”. To cleanse and clear the experiences and things that no longer serve us in 2025, from our crystals and bodies in preparation of what’s new to come in 2026. To welcome in the new, you have to let go of the old.

Being greets the clients warmly as they arrive and invites them into the space.

The room is softly prepared: essential oils diffuse gently through a diffuser. Light‑frequency music plays in the background, yoga mats are evenly spaced throughout the room (participants are welcomed to bring their own) . At the foot of each mat rests a Tibetan singing bowl. At the top of each mat, clients notice a weighted blanket and an eye mask, prepared for their comfort.

Clients are invited to take a seat on their mats and begin settling in.

“As you rest—either lying down or sitting upright—I invite you to hold your crystal in your left hand. Silently, internally, repeat this phrase:

‘I hold you in my left hand with the intention of deprogramming you.’

Take a moment to notice how that feels.”

“This sound bath will last approximately 40 to 45 minutes. During this time, simply rest and receive. There is nothing you need to do.

Allow the sounds to move through you. Allow your breath to soften. Trust that the vibrations are supporting both your body and your crystal in cleansing and recalibration.”

“Now that your crystal has been cleansed, we will move into programming.

Please hold your crystal in your right hand. Bring to mind an intention you would like to program into it. Imagine this intention as if it has already been fulfilled.

As you hold this intention, allow feelings of gratitude and thankfulness to arise, affirming that this intention is already in motion.”
