This season, we’re offering chances to practice real-world skills for staying grounded, setting boundaries, and showing up for yourself and your community.
Here’s what’s coming up:
👊 Empowerment Self-Defense Level 2
SAT NOV 1 | 1–5PM | Maine Tai Chi
Build on your Level 1 skills with more advanced awareness, verbal, and physical strategies for handling real-life scenarios.
💥 Empowerment Self-Defense Level 3
SUN NOV 9 | 11AM–3PM | Maine Tai Chi
Take your practice even further, Level 3 focuses on more complex scenarios, adrenaline management, and healing tools.
Classes are open to all genders and identities, ages 14+ | Sliding scale $40–$60/person (more if you can, less if you can’t). Pre-registration required.
