Meet on the Deering Oaks access road by the playground for a 45 minute group circuit workout, scalable to all ability levels, always.

Ample free street parking, stroller accessible, well-socialized leashed dogs welcome.

What: November Project is lowering the intimidation of fitness, building human connections, and improving mental and physical health by providing free, fun, weekly workout gatherings throughout the world!
