Come join me for this 1.5 hour donation based movement and mindfulness workshop!
I'll lead participants through a luscious warm up, a guided dance exploration, embodied invocation and a sound healing shavasana, as we nurture tenderness, vitality and radiance in our hearts, minds and bodies.
We'll come together in community to commune with the spirit of dance and embody our intentions for the coming cycle.
