This immersive sound bath features crystal singing bowls whose calming vibrations help settle the nervous system, quiet a busy mind, and invite your whole body into deep relaxation. It’s an opportunity to soften, exhale, and clear space so you can step into the week ahead feeling refreshed and aligned.

We’ll begin with a simple grounding practice and light intention-setting, then ease into an extended sound journey designed to help you feel balanced, restored, and supported. Think of it as a Sunday reset for your body, mind, and heart.

No experience is needed — just come as you are. This is your permission to rest.

Afterward, we’ll enjoy sweet treats and warm seasonal teas, giving you time to gently transition and connect in cozy community.

Space is limited to keep the experience intimate and comfortable.
