Carl Dimow Quartet

Carl Dimow (flute, bass flute) featuring John Hunter (bass), David Newsam (guitar), and Gary Gemeti (drums). $10 suggested donation.

Maine-based flutist, guitarist, and composer, Carl Dimow is an eclectic and creative musician. His performances range from classical music to jazz, from klezmer to blues, and from original music for theater and film to traditional folk music. His performances have been hailed as “mesmerizing”, “brilliant”, and “sublime”.

This performance focuses on the jazz side of Carl's diverse musical expression, combined with some blues and funk influences.
