Bee's Knees Day

Bee’s Knees Week is our annual celebration that brings together bartenders, cocktail lovers, and land stewards from coast to coast. Together, we raise a glass to the Bee’s Knees cocktail while supporting the hardworking pollinators that keep our fields blooming and our tables full.

Since 2017, this grassroots effort has helped plant over 1 million square feet of pollinator habitat—and we’re just getting started.

Proudly part of the 1% for the Planet network, Bee’s Knees Week ensures every dollar raised goes straight to trusted nonprofit partners working to protect pollinators and nourish the communities that depend on them.

We are celebrating with our friends at barr hill with a cocktail class! We'll be teaching and sipping 3 cocktails; a classic Gin & Tonic, a Tom Cat Old Fashioned, and of course a Bee's Knee. Along with tastings of the same raw honey Barr Hill uses to craft their gins and vodka and possibly a celebrity appearence by the Bees themselves!
