The Art Lounge

Join us for a nurturing 2-hour art experience designed to help you unwind, explore your inner world, and connect with others in a welcoming space. Whether you're a seasoned artist or picking up a brush for the first time, this workshop is all about the process — not the outcome. Led by local artist Chris, you’ll be gently guided through expressive art activities that encourage self-reflection, play, and mindful creativity.

This is a chance to slow down, let go of daily pressures, and support your mental well-being through art. All materials are provided, and all proceeds go directly to Innergym CIC, supporting community mental health initiatives.
