CALON keeping it live at Bar 32 Porthcawl

First time for us at this new cocktail venue in Porthcawl
CALON, meaning heart in Welsh, was the name chosen by this unique duo who have performed professionally for many years. Mark a skilled musician and songwriter best known for the 12string guitar instrumental BLUE HOUSE, which went viral on YouTube resulting in its purchase by Mexico Wagyu beef for their American promotional video, Mark wanted to create a unique live acoustic performance using the beautiful sound of ukeleles . After just a few performances they were approached and Managed by Smiley Miley the famous Radio One DJ. The Award-Winning husband and wife duo now perform their own original material plus an acoustic Irish celtic/ country twist on some very popular covers . Twice winners of best duo by Wales Clubland Interfederation, their powerful/vocal harmonies blend with bass, baratone and tenor ukes combined with a custom made acoustic foot drum to create the original, unique and powerful sound that is CALON.
