Murph at Industrious Spring

🇺🇸Join Us Memorial Day for MURPH!
This isn’t just a workout—it’s a tribute.

🇺🇸Murph is a challenging Hero Workout named in honor of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, who gave his life in service on June 28, 2005.
The full workout is:
1-mile run + 100 pull-ups + 200 push-ups + 300 air squats + 1-mile run.

Wear a vest if you’ve got it. Modify if you need to. Everyone is welcome. We are sharing a HALO™️.

✅We’ll run 3 heats starting at 7:30am, 9:00am, and 10:30am.

👏🏼All fitness levels welcome.
We can scale. We can modify. We can support each other—because that’s what this community does best.

😃BONUS: Aura Holistic & Wellness - will be onsite offering $10 chair massages, and we’ll have refreshments post-Workout to help you recover and connect.
