Ecstatic Dance 30/01 7pm

Join us for an evening of high-vibrational music, movement, and pure liberation through Ecstatic & Conscious Dance!

This in-person gathering takes place at Portchester Community Centre on Friday, 30th January 2025, and every last Friday of the month at 7:00 PM GMT. (Please note there will be no dance in December).

The evening will open with a guided meditation and short breathwork journey — both invitational and completely optional — to help you ground, release, and open to your natural flow.

Step onto the dance floor and let your body move freely to an eclectic mix of uplifting beats and soulful sounds.

Immerse yourself in a vibrant, heart-centered atmosphere of like-minded souls who share a love for movement, healing, and freedom. Whether you’re an experienced dancer or completely new, this event welcomes everyone with open arms.

Whether you’re looking to unwind, connect, release, or call in new intentions, ecstatic dance offers space for it all — transformation, healing, emotional release, joy, connection, growth, self-love, and heart expansion.

Let the rhythm carry you into new depths of presence, play, and inner freedom.

This is a beautiful space for those who love to dance but prefer something more conscious than the party scene.

Bare feet are encouraged, though supportive shoes are always welcome.
