open from within: a trauma-informed somatic yoga practice

I warmly welcome you to join me on the mat for a trauma-informed, gentle opening of the heart space with opposite intentions, to set free and then receive.

As we unwind the body we release the undesired heaviness we've been carrying. Heavy emotions. Heavy energy. Heavy self doubt.

This practice is an invitation to intentionally soften our edges. Meeting ourselves with tenderness. Allowing the heart to absorb self love. Harnessing the uplifting energy. Reclaiming the parts of us that have been hidden away and to come home to ourselves. To open from within.

This body + soul nurturing restorative yoga is a slow, restful practice that allows the body to completely soften while we focus on expanding the chest + neck muscles.
