Gentle Yoga: Donation Based (Pay what you can)

Join Apral, a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, for a supportive community hatha yoga class. Start with invitational sharing in a safe space to create and support community, then a hatha yoga flow, breath work, meditation, and intentional rest. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never practiced yoga or if you have been practicing for years, all levels are welcome and encouraged to come.


10% of donations will go to the Restorative Therapy and Counseling Mini Pantry! The mini pantry is free to the community and includes donated items such as food, toiletries, clothes, and more!
