Fall Run Club (Ages 4-6)

At Step Up Kids Run Club, we combine empowerment and fitness in a dynamic way that helps kids grow both mentally and physically. Our 6 week run clubs meet once a week on Mondays.

Ages 4-6:
We focus on fun running skill games while also building an empowerment vocabulary by teaching a new power word every week, such as “I am brave” and “I am strong.”

Medal Challenge:
All our classes end with a medal challenge where participants get a chance to put all the running and empowerment skills they have learned into practice by taking on an age-appropriate fitness challenge to earn their end of season medal.
