Bingocize® is a one-of-a-kind 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 program that mixes gentle exercise and health education with the classic game of Bingo! It’s designed to keep you moving, laughing, and learning—all while connecting with others.

• And of course…play Bingo with prizes!
Bingocize® isn’t just exercise—it’s a party with a purpose. You’ll laugh, learn, win prizes, and most importantly, stay active and connected.
This is a 10-week program that will meet twice weekly on Mondays & Wednesdays at 1:30 PM in the Y Café from March 2 until May 11, 2026. No session will be held on April 13, 2026.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Just bring comfy clothes, good shoes, and a smile—we’ll provide the rest (bingo cards, chips, resistance band, stress ball, and even prizes!) Backed by research, approved by the National Council on Aging, and includes a quick safety screen before you start.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Participants must be at least 55 years in age.
